The NCAA announced the 2025 Consensus All-America team on Friday.
Two-time selection Caleb Downs is among the Unanimous All-Americans. The Ohio State safety was one of three Buckeyes to be named a Unanimous All-American along with receiver Jeremiah Smith and defensive tackle Kayden McDonald. Linebacker Arvell Reese also was named a Consensus All-American.
Texas Tech linebacker Jacob Rodriguez and defensive lineman David Bailey also were named Unanimous All-Americans for the Red Raiders. Notre Dame also had two players named Unanimous All-Americans in running back Jeremiyah Love and cornerback Leonard Moore.
AllSportsPeople is among the five outlets used to determine the team along with the AFCA, AP, Football Writers Association of America and Walter Camp. Consensus All-Americans are typically chosen first team by at least three of those publications. Unanimous All-Americans appear on the first team on all five publications.
