Dave Portnoy unleashes NSFW rant on Michigan's Sherrone Moore image

It wasn't a pretty game for the Michigan Wolverines against Oklahoma on Saturday. Michigan understood entering the game that it’d have a tough time beating a good Sooners team, which is now ranked No. 10 in the country.

Michigan is also a great team, but with a freshman quarterback under center, Bryce Underwood, it isn't easy to compete at the highest level.

The issue, however, is that some believe Underwood didn't have much of an opportunity to show what he can do as a passer.

Michigan's Sherrone Moore under fire

That includes Michigan superfan Dave Portnoy, who went on an epic NSFW rant about Sherrone Moore's decisions not to give Underwood as much leeway as he needs to prove what he has.

“That was an infuriating half of football to watch,” Portnoy said. “It’s like, I don’t care if we go there, get our ass beat. But I’m not just going to sit there and watch Sherrone Moore and Michigan... not even try to score. Like, you put handcuffs on Bryce Underwood. I would be fighting everyone on the sideline if I was Bryce Underwood.

“Let the kid throw. Like, who cares if you lose by seven, 10, 14, or 400? Let the kid throw. Run, run, pass. Run, run, pass. Run, run, pass. They’ve got 32 guys in the box, 32 guys in the box."

Underwood threw the football more in the second half, but finished the game just nine of 24 for 142 yards.

In his defense, Michigan's offense wasn't exactly doing much, so he was put in some strange situations.

Nonetheless, he needs to be a bit better moving forward.
