When the Miami Hurricanes play the Ohio State Buckeyes on Wednesday in the Cotton Bowl, one man will surely make his presence felt: Michael Irvin.
There's no telling exactly where the legendary wide receiver will be, although he'll most likely be spotted on the sideline throughout the College Football Playoff quarterfinal.
And knowing Irvin, he likely won't be a picture of calm.
He's an intense dude, and he loves rooting for the Hurricanes.

Why is Michael Irvin a Miami Hurricanes fan?
Irvin is one of the greatest players in the history of football at the University of Miami.
He played there for three seasons, culminating in a national championship at the end of the 1987 season.
In 33 career games, Irvin had 143 catches for 2,423 yards and 26 touchdowns.
There was never much question about Irvin's talent. The Dallas Cowboys made him the No. 11 overall pick in the 1988 NFL Draft.
He was actually only the third WR chosen in that draft, after Tim Brown and Sterling Sharpe. All three are in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Irvin got his national spotlight first at The U, though, and he now represents his college days whenever he gets the chance.
