Women's March Madness bracket tracker: Updated list of automatic bids to 2024 NCAA Tournament image

The anticipation for the 2024 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament is the highest in years – maybe ever. 

A total of 32 teams will have automatic bids in the 2024 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament, and several of those bids for the major conferences will be determined this weekend. A total of 29 of the bids have been decided. 

The last four bids were decided Sunday. 

Sacred Heart beat Le Moyne 69-48 in the  Northeast Conference tournament championship. Holy Cross beat Boston University 61-55 in the Patriot League championship. 

Drake beat Missouri State 76-75 in the MVC championship. Drexel upset Stony Brook 68-60 in the CAA championship. 

The Women's Seletion Show is at 7 p.m. on ESPN. This year's Final Four is April 5-7 at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.

The NCAA women's tournament field consists of 68 teams. The 32 automatic bids and 36 at-large bids will be revealed on March 17 at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
