The Missouri Tigers have secured the No. 1 men's basketball recruiting class in the country for 2026, according to ESPN.
Huge kudos to Dennis Gates’ program and proof they're ascending. The Tigers solidified the class with high-profile commitments including five-star guard Jason Crowe (No. 5 overall) and five-star forward Toni Bryant (No. 14) plus three-star shooter Aiden Chronister (No. 83).
Crowe is arguably the most explosive offensive player in the class, led the Nike EYBL circuit in scoring and gives Missouri an elite perimeter threat. Bryant brings athleticism and transition strength, while Chronister provides perimeter spacing.
This haul marks the Tigers’ first five-stars since 2017, and the talent level represents a statement of intent for the program in a challenging SEC environment.
The key question remains can Missouri sustain momentum and translate recruiting success into wins on the court?
