The Washington Wizards made some sweeping changes at the back end of their training camp roster on Monday.
Two new guys are in, and two guys have been waived.
The new signees are Kadary Richmond and Alondes Williams, according to the Wizards' announcement on X.
The cuts: Skal Labissiere and Leaky Black.
Richmond is an exciting addition. The 6-foot-5 lead guard starred at St. John's after beginning his college career at Syracuse. This past winter for Rick Pitino, Richmond put up 12.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
The outside shooting will be Richmond's swing skill, but he can be a menace defensively as a big guard.

Williams has played nine NBA games in three seasons, making appearances for the Nets, Heat and Pistons. He has averaged 1.1 points per game in those nine contests.
Labissiere and Black are both well-known names that are waived and could end up in the G League with the Capital City Go-Go.
Skal was once a top-five recruit in the country who played at Kentucky for John Calipari.
Black just wrapped up a strong career at the University of North Carolina.
These roster moves can be a bit procedural at this time of the year. The Wizards could eventually waive Richmond and Williams to get them to end up in the G League, too.
For now, these are the moves that have been made with about a week until the regular season gets underway.
