Many basketball fans did a double take when they saw the names.
Victor Oladipo. Frank Kaminsky. Playing against the San Antonio Spurs?
No, those two former Big Ten stars are not currently in the NBA, but they're clearly still talented.
On Monday, they suited up for China's Guangzhou Loong-Lions in an exhibition game against the Spurs, who are preparing for the upcoming NBA season with preseason action.
And both Oladipo and Kaminsky went off.
Oladipo scored his team's first eight points. He finished with 20 points, five rebounds and five steals.
Kaminsky totaled 22 points and seven rebounds. He made 5-of-10 3-pointers.
The Spurs won the game, 119-88.
In just 16 minutes, Victor Wembanyama had nine points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks.
Julian Champagnie, Keldon Johnson and Luke Kornet each scored 16 points for the Spurs.
On the other side, only one other player was in double figures for the Loong-Lions: Chen Guohao, who had 14 points.
Oladipo and Kaminsky's squad also includes Justin Holiday and Tim Frazier as former NBA players.
It certainly seems like once that duo gets back to China for league play, they have the potential to put up absolutely massive numbers.
