Julian Champagnie did what?
That's likely the reaction of San Antonio Spurs fans on Wednesday night. The reaction of other NBA fans might be, who is Julian Champagnie?
Well, Champagnie is now the Spurs' single-game record holder for made 3-pointers.
He drilled 11 of them on Wednesday night in a comeback win over the New York Knicks.
He took all 17 of his field goal attempts from beyond the arc to make those 11.

He also made three free throws to finish with 36 points along with six rebounds and a block.
This is what that looked like:

It was a pretty wild night for the Spurs.
Victor Wembanyama left with an injury early in the fourth quarter with the Spurs down 14. He seems like he'll be OK.
In the meantime, San Antonio stormed back from down 106-92 to win 134-132.
They wouldn't have done it without Champagnie.
And now in the history of a storied franchise, Champagnie stands alone with this sharpshooting record.
