"Man, I'm excited for him," Suns star Devin Booker told Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic  postgame. "He's been with us through the whole process. We've been watching him grind. He looked good to me. He's fast. He can make plays for other people and he gives us another presence in the paint. The speed is there."

Green's Houston Rockets trade tandem Dillon Brooks took a more humorous route, stating, "Jalen Green. Finally you get to take some media coverage. I do not want it no more," following the win.

An important piece next to Green, especially with the second unit, backup center Oso Ighodaro added, "He gets off the ball screen really fast. He'd draw two and hit me. Made four or five really good passes to me."

Green expects to continue ramping up off the bench and on a slight minutes restriction as the Suns continue to vie for a guaranteed spot in the West playoffs. Phoenix takes on the Atlanta Hawks to close out its road trip on Friday.
