Seven-time All-Star Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid has missed multiple games with a lingering knee ailment.

Now, Philadelphia has made its final decision on the 7-footer's status ahead of a clash with the L.A. Clippers on Monday. The 76ers will be the better-rested squad, as L.A. Will be playing its second game in as many nights after falling just short in a heartbreaking road rally effort against the Boston Celtics, which the Clippers ultimately lost 121-118 after a buzzer-beating heave from James Harden came up just short.
Philadelphia, meanwhile, hasn't played since suffering a 114-105 road defeat to the Detroit Pistons in an Emirates NBA Cup game on Friday.
Per the NBA's latest injury report, Embiid will sit out as he continues manage the injury.
