The Philadelphia 76ers will pretty much have no choice but to let Tyrese Maxey shoot early and often on Tuesday night.
Pretty much everyone else is injured.
The 76ers have a tough matchup against the Orlando Magic, and they'd surely much prefer to have their full complement of players.
But the way the injury report shapes up, that just isn't going to happen.
Philadelphia 76ers injury report
The Philadelphia 76ers have five players listed as out for their matchup with the Magic.
Those five guys out are:
- Adem Bona (right ankle sprain)
- VJ Edgecombe (left calf tightness)
- Joel Embiid (right knee injury management)
- Paul George (right ankle sprain)
- Kelly Oubre Jr. (Left knee sprain)
The good news is that two players on the injury report are officially available as of the NBA's 3:30 p.m. ET injury report.
Tyrese Maxey is dealing with a right shoulder sprain but will play.
Jared McCain is recovering from right thumb surgery and will also play.
Maxey's right shoulder better not be too sore, because he's going to have to get his shots up.
