Jalen Williams and Jaylin Williams both play for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Yes, their names are pronounced exactly the same.
But no, they aren't related, at least by blood.
Jalen and Jaylin have plenty in common, though.
The craziest part of the coincidence is that not only do they have the same name and play for the same team, but they were taken in the same draft, back in 2022.
Both are multi-talented players who can shoot the 3 and attack the basket.
The starring Jalen, known as "J-Dub," is 6-foot-6 and played his college ball at Santa Clara.
The key reserve Jaylin, known as "Jay Will," is a bulky 6-foot-8 and 250 pounds out of Arkansas.
Jalen is two years older after a longer college career, 24 compared to Jaylin's 22.

Jaylin actually showed just how special he can be when he had two triple-doubles during the regular season when Jalen and other starters sat out.
Jalen is OKC's second best player, coming off his top season yet with 21.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game during the regular season.
The Thunder had the best record in the league in large part because they nailed the Jalen pick at No. 12 in 2022.
But don't sleep on Jaylin, either, who went No. 34 in 2022.
There really isn't a cooler coincidence in basketball than this, and they'll get the biggest stage possible in the NBA Finals.
