Heading into the NBA's 75th anniversary year - the 2021-22 season - there are nine players who are listed as being taller than 7-feet on NBA.com

Six of the nine players are international and three of the top five are on the same team - the Dallas Mavericks.

Cleveland Cavaliers center Tacko Fall, at 7-foot-5, is the tallest player entering the 2021-22 season. Coming in a close second is Serbian center Boban Marjanovic, who stands at 7-foot-4. 

Both Fall and Marjanovic also rank as the only active players who are among the tallest players in NBA history

Denver Nuggets center Bol Bol, who is the fourth-tallest player entering the 2021-22 season, is the son of retired NBA player Manute Bol. 

Manute, who played 10 seasons in the NBA, is tied with Gheorghe Muresan for being the tallest player in NBA history, standing at 7-foot-7.
