The NBA All-Star Draft is a relatively new addition to the All-Star festivities.

The first NBA All-Star Draft was held in 2018, with LeBron James and Stephen Curry serving as captains. It wasn't broadcast on national TV for a number of reasons, but that changed the following year when players agreed to televise it.

Since then, it's made for highly entertaining viewing. Now, it's hard to imagine the NBA ever doing away with it.

Ahead of this year's All-Star Draft, which will take place right before the All-Star Game for the first time, take a look back at the full results of each All-Star Draft to date.
