The Miami Heat has some fire in their step after winning the final seed in the Eastern Conference. The success truly fueled them and they went on the road and trumped the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks 130-117 in Game 1 of their playoff series Sunday.

The Bucks seem to have caught the short end of the straw, however, losing their best player to the injury bug. Giannis Antetokounmpo went out in the first quarter with a back injury after colliding with Kevin Love and taking a scary fall on a drive to the basket. Betting fans began protesting all Antetokounmpo player props, especially the overs, after his disappearance, making "Void Giannis" trend on Twitter.

But the injury bug wasn't feeling exclusive though, and it made it's way into the Heat's roster only 12 minutes later, when Tyler Herro busted his right hand diving for a loose ball in the second quarter. Herro's broken middle and ring fingers has rules him out for approximately 4-6 weeks Bleacher Report's Chris Haynes reported.
