Damian Lillard and Jrue Holiday are set to be teammates for the first time as both have joined the Portland Trail Blazers this offseason.
But they know each other well already.
Lillard shared with reporters Wednesday that he rented Holiday's house the last two years in Milwaukee.
And they bonded, you could say, over WiFi.
"I was complaining to him about the WiFi," Lillard said. "There's a clip online of like I shake his hand, we played them in Boston, we had an interaction and people were like what? And we were literally talking about his WiFi at his house."
No word on if Holiday solved the WiFi problem from afar.

There's already been a bunch of speculation about the Blazers moving on from Holiday in another trade, after initially acquiring him from Boston for Anfernee Simons, but that doesn't appear to be in the cards right now.
Lillard signed as a free agent for a return to Portland after the Bucks released him. He will miss this season with a torn Achilles, so Holiday won't get to play with the future Hall of Famer until some time in 2026.
But they've already got a connection, formed thanks to an Internet connection.
