What new candidates emerged for the Knicks coaching vacancy?
Stefan Bondy of the New York Post said, "Two random names I heard recently for the Knicks job are Mike Brown (currently unemployed) and Luke Walton (lead assistant in Detroit)."
Both have a good amount of experience as a head coach in the past.
Mike Brown is just a few years off of winning Coach of the Year, and coaching the Kings to a two-seed in 22-23.

Luke Walton has been on the bench since 2014 and has been a head coach for six years (three with Lakers and three with Kings).
Walton is an assistant with the Pistons currently, so Brown could be more attainable since he's been out of coaching after being fired this past season by Sacramento.
The Knicks have a lot of candidates to sift through, but we are already hearing some of the people of interest confirm they won't be pursuing the role (Dan Hurley, Imed Udoka, etc.).
