The Knicks are now eliminated from the postseason after a loss in Game 6 to the Pacers.
It didn't take too long for some clips to surface from the postgame presser about offseason decisions.

What was said in the postgame presser?
After the game, Jalen Brunson was asked a question that he clearly didn't love.
He was asked if Thibs was the "right guy" for the job, of coaching the Knicks.
Brunson answered "Is that a real question right now? Did you just ask me if I believe he's the right guy? Yes."

The two evidently have a close relationship, and despite the loss, Brunson had Thibs back.
Thibs just finished up coaching his fifth year as the head coach of the Knicks.
In that span, he has a regular season record of 226-174 (56.5 winning percentage).

In the playoffs, he has a record of 24-22, across four postseasons, in his five years.
He deserves a lot of credit for getting the Knicks back into the postseason in 2021 for the first time after a seven-year drought.
We will see if they choose to keep him or move on, but it's possible with many unsigned experienced coaches, that he could be let go and the Knicks could elect for a fresh start.
