The Los Angeles Lakers are on a three-game winning streak after beating the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday. It was another superb performance from the duo of Luka Doncic and LeBron James.

They both scored 30 points apiece, which proved they are meshing well together. Since they are nearing a year of being teammates, it appears that they are meshing well enough to be called a superstar duo for the Lakers.

Redick is excited about his superstar duo meshing well

The Lakers are considered one of the best teams in the Western Conference. Considering the Denver Nuggets are dealing with multiple injuries, including one to Nikola Jokic.

With this opportunity, the Lakers are humming along at the right time. They have found their form, especially with the chemistry between Doncic and James at an all-time high.

Since Austin Reaves is out with an injury, James became a much more prominent player again. Most of the time, Doncic and Reaves were the go-to duo, and James was there to support. Nowadays, it appears that James is back as a co-star alongside Doncic.

Not only are they playing well, but they are meshing well together. They are playing more of a two-man game between them, which shows their trust and appreciation for each other's game.

"I just think it takes a lot to win in the regular season, and even more in the Playoffs or a championship. The thing that starts with top-end talent. We got that. Those three guys are stars, and them embracing off-ball sometimes, being screeners sometimes... Them being open to playing in a myriad of ways, it's been really good for us," Redick said after the game.

As long as the duo of Lakers stars is more willing to play together, the higher their ceiling can be. It will be one of the most dangerous teams in the league because they have the superstars who are known to step up for their teams.
