Luka Doncic has been in and out of the Los Angeles Lakers’ lineup to start the 2025-26 season. 

The former Dallas Mavericks star participated in Los Angeles' initial two regular-season matchups but then sustained a lower left contusion and a left finger sprain, which kept him out for two games.

Doncic made his return to the court last Wednesday during the Lakers' NBA Cup matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies and participated in the franchise's subsequent game versus the Miami Heat

The Lakers had to play the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday without their five-time All-Star because of a contusion on his lower left leg. 

Los Angeles is back in action tonight against the San Antonio Spurs at Crypto.com Arena.
