LeBron James is good at many, many things.
Turns out, the Los Angeles Lakers' superstar may also have an eye for investment, at least as far as his ownership stake in the English football club Liverpool is concerned.
LeBron hopped on board as an investor with a 2% ownership stake in 2011. That cost James $6.5 million, which implied a club valuation of around $325 million.
Liverpool is now valued at $5.4 billion.
James' 2% would account for $108 million of that.
ESPN UK shares that James' investment has increased by more than 1500%.

James has continued to do plenty of winning in the NBA since becoming a minority owner of Liverpool.
They've done their fair share, too, claiming both the Champions League and the Premier League since James joined.
The English Premier League as a whole has also boomed in a massive way in the last couple decades, with every club near the top end of the English Football Pyramid rising in value.
James certainly picked a good time to join the team.
