LeBron James owns so many NBA records that it would take forever to find and list them all.

There's one particular record that he doesn't have yet, but will break it next season.

What NBA record with LeBron break next season?

Assuming LeBron plays in the upcoming season (nothing points towards him retiring as of now), James will stand alone all-time with the most seasons played by an NBA player in their career.

LeBron and Vince Carter are currently tied for first, each having played 22 seasons in their careers.

Playing in the 25-26 NBA season would be a 23rd season for James and a new record.

James also is 49 games away from Robert Parish to tie his record for most regular season games played at 1,611 (LeBron currently at 1,562).

What he is doing is unprecedented.

LeBron has been in the NBA longer than most of his fans have even been alive.

With the way science and technology have changed, we can't say that his record when he retires won't be passed, but it is certainly going to be very difficult to be passed by any player in the future.
