The Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James may not be seeing eye-to-eye.
With the acquisition of Luka Dončić, it is unclear how the franchise feels about James and his future with the team.
Coincidentally, when they traded for Dončić, it opened up crazy new possibilities in terms of trades, like this one proposed by Fansided’s Matt Moore.
“For the Lakers, they allow LeBron to end his career on his terms and secure Giannis next to Luka,” Moore said Monday.
“LeBron was clearly unhappy with how the Lakers basically put him to pasture this summer and moved on from him. That’s evident from all sorts of angles.”
Moore has the Lakers trading away James, Austin Reaves, and two first-round picks to the Milwaukee Bucks for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kyle Kuzma.

Much like LeBron, Giannis’ future with Milwaukee has become uncertain.
The supporting cast around Antetokounmpo will be nowhere close to a roster that is ready to compete for a championship, even in a weak Eastern Conference.
If this trade were to go through, a duo of Dončić and Giannis would rule the league for years to come.
Surprisingly, the main reason Milwaukee would do this trade is for Reaves and the picks, with the idea that James wouldn’t be there for long.
Giannis is one of the most competitive players in the league, and sending him to the big stage of L.A. to play with a European guard for what could be the rest of their careers would likely please him.
Although it may be unlikely, it is worth monitoring both the superstars' frustration with their respective teams moving forward.
