James Harden could miss the Los Angeles Clippers’ run at the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.

According to the official NBA injury report, Harden has been downgraded to questionable for the outing. He is dealing with right shoulder soreness.

Missing action has been a rare occasion for Harden this season. Since the start of the 2025-2026 season, the star guard has missed just two games. He’s been incredibly fortunate in the health department, while maintaining a high level of play this year.

The Clippers Are Working to Get Back

To say the 2025-2026 season has been disappointing for the Clippers would be an understatement.

Entering the year, the Clippers were viewed as one of the top teams in the league, hoping to make a run in the tough Western Conference.

Through December, the Clippers are trying to claw their way into the playoff picture. Lately, they’ve been in excellent shape. From December 20 and beyond New Year’s Day, the Clippers went undefeated.

The streak was stopped by the thriving Boston Celtics, who laid a beatdown on Harden’s Clippers.

Los Angeles is in search of its 13th victory on Monday. They have a tough matchup ahead, facing a Warriors team that has had its fair share of struggles this season as well.

The Warriors and the Clippers are slated for a 10 PM ET tip. Harden’s status will remain unknown until closer to game time.
