Seth Curry is still waiting.
This offseason, the brother of Stephen Curry signed with the Golden State Warriors. It'd be the first chance they'd get to play together in the NBA.
But so far, Seth hasn't been on the floor for one second for Golden State. The reason makes sense, but it's still an annoying waiting game for everyone who wants to see the Curry bros on the floor together.

Why isn't Seth Curry playing for Warriors?
Seth Curry isn't actually under contract with the Warriors right now. He's a free agent.
That wasn't the case for the entire offseason, but it's how things stand as of late October.
The Warriors signed Seth to a free agent contract, but they knew all along that they couldn't keep him on that contract as the season began. They didn't play him at all in the preseason, because they knew they'd have to waive him before opening night.
The reason Seth was cut is the second apron of the luxury tax system. If Seth were on the roster at his veteran's minimum salary all season, it'd push the Warriors just above the second apron, which greatly limits roster flexibility.
When will Seth Curry play for Warriors?
Seth Curry has to be away for at least a few weeks, with the consensus being that he can sign at some point in November.
NBA insider Marc Stein reports that Seth can sign on Nov. 11 to keep the Warriors under the second apron, although they could wait a little longer than that just to be sure.
It's not clear how long Seth would need after signing to ramp up before getting into action, or if he has a way of being around the team facility in the meantime to stay sharp and ready.
