Stephen Curry isn't quite sure.
The Golden State Warriors legend is still an active NBA player, for now, but he's spending this week playing in a golf tournament, so he got to answer many of the same retirement questions he was asked at the end of the season.
How long do you plan on sticking around?
“I don’t know," Curry told reporters. "I’m just taking it two years at a time. That’s what I have left on my contract right now.”
The Warriors have set up their contracts to more or less align with this upcoming two-year Curry window.
At 37 years old, Curry remains one of the most dangerous players in the NBA. The Warriors have the likes of Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green beside him forming a very veteran core.

Golden State has sort of punted on the "two-timelines" idea they had going for a while. They're doing everything they can to maximize Curry while they still have one of the league's all-time greats on their side.
It's good for the Warriors to have a sense that maybe there are at least two years left on this thing. It'll allow them to make midseason moves with not just this season but also next season in mind.
The Western Conference is absolutely loaded, so there's no guarantees of anything.
But as long as the Warriors have Curry on their side, they've still got a chance.
