The Curry family stands alone.
They're about to be the NBA's all-time record holders for games played by a father (Dell) and a son (Stephen). That's not even counting the games played by Dell's other son, Seth.
Fittingly, Steph helped Dell tie the all-time record during Wednesday's game in Charlotte, where Dell is a color commentator and the Curry family spent so much time.
Here's the full chart, with Dell and Steph now tied with Dolph and Danny Schayes:

MORE: The Pistons randomly threw the ball right to Bronny James
The all-time individual leader in regular season games played is Robert Parish, at 1,611. LeBron James has played 1,577.
The family has also gotten 552 games out of younger brother Seth Curry.
It's just one more piece of history for Steph.
Dell has to be so proud of what his sons have become.
Also a fun piece of this: Dell's full name is Wardell Stephen Curry. Steph's name is Wardell Stephen Curry II.
So all in all, just a special moment for the Curry family.
They'll break this record officially very soon.
And they'll go down as one of the first families of basketball.
