Family matters.
Stephen Curry got to spend some quality time with his daughter, Riley, on Tuesday night as the Golden State Warriors opened their season with a win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
Riley even got involved in Steph's famous pregame warmup.
On the last shot before Steph sprinted off to the locker room, Riley showed off her volleyball skills with a set of the basketball to swing the ball over to Steph, who drilled a one-legged 3, because of course he did.

After the game, Steph was asked about having his daughter in attendance.
"My dad retired when I was the same age riley is now, so it's kinda full circle," Curry told reporters. "Knowing the experiences I had as a kid and getting to relive that as a dad, it's pretty special.
NBA fans can still recall those pictures of a tiny Riley sitting with Steph at a press conference.
Steph sure has been in the NBA a long time.

This is the start of his 17th season, and the Warriors are 1-0 thanks in part to a late blocked shot and dagger 3 from Curry to beat the LeBron-less Lakers.
There'll be lots more to do, and Steph will have to continue to lean on his family to keep his spirits up and help him through what will be a grind of a campaign as the Warriors try to get back on top once more.
