Draymond Green was suspended during the 2016 NBA Finals for the Golden State Warriors due to committing too many flagrant fouls.
It was a turning point in the 2016 Finals, a significant factor in the Cleveland Cavaliers' championship win.
LeBron James, the Cavaliers star at the time, recently spoke with Steve Nash about the situation. He added that while Green was clearly an impact player for the Warriors, they had many other role players who James was worried about stepping up and beating Cleveland.
"No, we felt it was going to be even tougher because role players play better at home. We knew what Steph and Klay was going to bring. But we know, you know, Leandro Barbosa, you know, Mo Spates, Harrison Barnes...
"So, you know these guys are going to play better on the road. So. it was like we need to lock in even more because. You know, some guys just don't play, you know, role players sometimes get intimidated by road crowds," James said.
Looking back on it, that Warriors team was one of the best ever assembled, and they only got better the next few years.

For James to beat them in that fashion was something that will likely never be seen again, especially for a team as talented as Golden State was.
Instead, it allowed the Akron, Ohio, native to show why he was the best player in the world at the time by a wide margin.
James won his third Championship that season, including his third Finals MVP.
If it weren't for that Warriors team, he’d likely have multiple other rings in his collection.
