The Dallas Mavericks will always have an odd link between Luka Doncic and Cooper Flagg.

They traded Doncic away in the most shocking trade in NBA history. And mere months later, they won the draft lottery and the right to take Flagg No. 1 overall out of Duke.

Flagg went for 20/8/6 on Tuesday night in a win over the Kings to tie this record.

And Flagg almost certainly isn't done with this. He only turned 19 in December. He's got a near-year to do this a bunch more times. And with the way he's playing right now, he almost certainly will.
