The Cavs had a disappointing exit in the second round of the playoffs this year, after a historic regular season.

They've already made moves this offseason, such as trading for Lonzo Ball and reuniting with Larry Nance Jr.

They could soon make another move to bring back a Cav with NBA Finals experience.

What champion could the Cavs bring back?

Cavs podcast host Mack Perry put out the idea that the Cavs could bring back legend Kevin Love if he were to get bought out.

After two and a half seasons with the Heat, Love was traded on Monday to the Jazz in a three-team trade that sent Norman Powell to Miami and John Collins to the Clippers.

Love is entering the last year of his contract, where he's set to make over $4 million, but could get bought out based on Utah's current timeline.

That would open up the opportunity for Love to sign with a contender, with one more quality shot at a run towards another championship.

The Cavs fit that criteria and already have past ties with Love.

Love was a part of the 2016 championship team in Cleveland.

A return to Cleveland wouldn't suggest Love would likely get a ton of playing time, but a player as accomplished as him with 17 years of experience in the league is hard to come by.

Cleveland should welcome back Love if the opportunity is presented, and it wouldn't cost them too much, making it a low-risk/high-reward move.
