The Boston Celtics have two key injuries to navigate this offseason, with Jayson Tatum's being at the forefront. It'll be difficult for Boston to stay in contention without their superstar, and it could get even tougher if Jaylen Brown's recovery from a knee procedure lingers into the regular season.

The 2025-26 Celtics season will feature a lot of moving pieces to try and bridge the gap during Tatum's rehab, and it looks like the organization could have some interest in this year's EuroLeague Final Four MVP.

Nigel Hayes-Davis is a former standout for the University of Wisconsin. Hayes-Davis played nine total games during the 2017-18 season, split between the Los Angeles Lakers, Toronto Raptors, and Sacramento Kings. He averaged just three points per game, which led him to try his hand in Europe.

Hayes-Davis has been playing with some of the most prestigious clubs in Europe. He began his European career with Galatasaray before moving on to play for Zalgiris and Barcelona. He has been playing with Fenerbache since the 2022 season.

Hayes-Davis averaged over 16 points per game this past season, before leading Fenerbahce through the EuroLeague championship. He recorded 23 points and nine rebounds in the final to win the MVP.

The former Badger received a great honor last offseason when he was a member of the USA National Team's select roster, which trained alongside the main team in preparation for the Olympics. He could have back-to-back memorable offseasons if he returns to the NBA after a seven-year absence.
