Baylor Scheierman is just an occasional contributor to the Boston Celtics.
But if the Celtics were putting together a football team, it seems likely that the lefty would be the most important player on the squad, the quarterback.
Scheierman's high school football highlights and stats have begun circulating on social media, and for good reason: He was a monster.
In his senior year of high school, Scheierman had:
- 3,924 passing yards
- 59 passing TDs (7 INTs)
- 6 rushing TDs

The passing yards and passing TDs were both Nebraska state records as Scheierman shone brightly at Aurora High School.
He was recruited to play college football but chose basketball instead, first going to South Dakota State and then to Creighton.
Now, Scheierman is a lefty sharpshooter.
He could likely still get you a touchdown if you needed one.
