No team in Major League Baseball has done more to improve its rotation this offseason than the Toronto Blue Jays. Shane Bieber is back on a one-year deal, and there are plenty of great starters like Trey Yesavage around for a while.

Dylan Cease is signed for $210 million over the next seven years, and Cody Ponce is around for the next three years on a $30 million contract. It's been an expensive winter for the Blue Jays' rotation, and it might not be done yet.

Despite the Blue Jays' additions and starters remaining on the roster, according to Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon of The Athletic, the Blue Jays are seeking more starting pitching help this winter.

"Yet even after agreeing with free-agent right-handers Dylan Cease and Cody Ponce," Rosenthal and Sammon write, "they continue to seek pitching help, both starters and relievers, with (Robert) Suarez among their targets."

The Blue Jays need the bullpen, and they're pursuing San Diego Padres free agent closer Robert Suarez. But, they're also seeking rotation help.

Cease and Ponce have combined for $240 million invested in the rotation on free agent deals this winter already, and yet, the Blue Jays might not be done.

Jose Berrios' future in Toronto is uncertain, and the status of Bieber to begin the season is also up in the air. But spending on another starter with needs elsewhere is a strange decision for the Blue Jays to make.

While extra help in the rotation can never hurt, with the Blue Jays' current rotation, there's little room for additions on the roster. And yet, they're exploring potential moves this offseason.

Whether it's a top name left on the market or not, the Blue Jays are looking to add another starter this winter, according to Rosenthal and Sammon. Things could get interesting in Toronto, as an already busy offseason could get a lot more compelling.
