J-Rod and A-Rod are now alongside one another in Seattle Mariners franchise history.
That's Julio Rodriguez and Alex Rodriguez, who now each have a piece of playoff history.
A-Rod is the youngest player in Seattle franchise history to hit a home run in the postseason, according to @JayHayKid.
Julio is now the second-youngest after his homer against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday night.
There's some cool synergy to the stat, too.
A-Rod hit his notable home run in Game 1 of the 1997 ALDS.
And now it's Julio hitting his in Game 1 of the 2025 ALDS, just 28 years later than the first one.
It's just the latest example of how Julio Rodriguez is an immensely impressive player for the Mariners.
Fans have been known to get upset at his baserunning blunders, but man, when you take Julio's hitting and fielding and put it all together, he's one of the best young players in baseball. And he still might have time to get better.
In the meantime, all Julio can do is try and get the Mariners past the Tigers to keep this fun journey alive and overcome some of the demons of last year.
