The Dodgers stole Game 1 of the NLDS and only two teams in MLB history have come back from down 0-2 in the NLDS, according to Bob Nightengale.
As if Citizens Bank Park won't be hyped enough ahead of Game 2, now the atmosphere should be unbelievable. The Phillies plan on paying tribute to the late, great Roy Halladay during pregame, who threw a no-hitter in Game 1 of the NLDS 15 years ago today.
Phillies to Pay Tribute to Roy Halladay
Halladay spent an illustrious 16 years in the MLB and the final four seasons were with the Phillies.
The Hall of Famer had a career 3.38 ERA, and it dropped to 3.25 during his four years in Philadelphia. Halladay was an eight-time All-Star and two-time Cy Young award winner, including his 2010 season with the Phillies.

One of Halladay's biggest Philadelphia highlights came in Game 1 of the 2010 NLDS against the Cincinnati Reds when he threw a no-hitter. The Phillies' legend struck out eight batters in Philadelphia's 4-0 victory and the Phillies went on to sweep the series.
Now, the Phillies will honor the late legend during pregame of Monday night's playoff game. Halladay, who passed away in a plane crash in 2017, will not be attendance, but his memory will always be remembered in Philadelphia.
