The Philadelphia Phillies have been busy this offseason, re-signing Kyle Schwarber to a massive $150 million deal, adding Adolis Garcia on a one-year, $10 million deal, and Brad Keller on a two-year, $22 million deal.

But, they're not done yet. J.T. Realmuto is a free agent option, but in recent days, Bo Bichette has emerged as a likely signing for the Phillies. He's one of the best free agents left, and while it's exciting, he's not the best fit left on the market for the Phillies.

Mike Petriello of MLB.com highlighted a different player, a former Chicago Cubs and Houston Astros superstar, as the team's best fit. Regardless of the money, if the Phillies could find a way to sign Kyle Tucker, it would be an ideal offseason move.

Phillies named as Kyle Tucker's ideal landing spot

"Tucker would solve so many problems here (in San Francisco), but not as much as he would in Philadelphia," Petriello writes. "... There's just no way for them to improve things quite as much as they could by adding Tucker - as unlikely as it may seem."

Petriello believes that no team would benefit more from signing Tucker than the Phillies this offseason. Not the Cubs, who are losing him to free agency, or the Toronto Blue Jays, the favorites to sign him currently.

With a lackluster outfield, comprised of major question marks like Garcia, Brandon Marsh, Otto Kemp, Weston Wilson, and rookie Justin Crawford, Tucker would be the ideal landing spot for Tucker this winter.

He had an OPS of.841, which would've been a lot better had he not gotten hurt in the middle of the year, and also didn't play in Wrigley Field. He had an OPS of.747 at home and.923 on the road.

Of course, the monetary side of things makes such a deal nearly impossible. If the Phillies didn't have Nick Castellanos or Taijuan Walker on their payroll, they might be able to justify signing Tucker.

But, as things currently stand, Tucker is not a feasible free agent option. They barely could make signing Bichette work. Tucker, likely to get a lot more than Bichette, would be significantly more challenging to make work.

The four-time All-Star outfielder would easily be the best possible fit for the Phillies this offseason if money weren't an issue.

He'd be a nice power bat in the middle of the lineup for the Phillies, and while a lefty like Schwarber and Bryce Harper, it would be more than worth it to have such a talented bat in the lineup.

Despite Petriello naming the Phillies as the best possible fit for Tucker this winter, there's little to no chance he's coming to Philadelphia.
