The New York Yankees are currently 40-25 and hold a four-game lead in the American League East.
Solid production from the pitching staff and the lineup from top-to-bottom has the Yankees in a position to make another World Series run.
But it’s obvious who the driving force of the team is, and Bleacher Report named him the best franchise cornerstone player.
Aaron Judge is a beast among men. What he has done in his career and this season is phenomenal to say the least.
Judge was hitting over .400 for nearly two months and is dominating opposing pitchers every day.
Judge is first in Major League Baseball in batting average (.396), second in home runs (24), second in RBI (58), first in OPS (1.267) and leads MLB in wins above replacement (5.5).

The 33-year-old right fielder has been good in the field as well, ranking in the 87th percentile for outs above average (2).
Judge is well on his way to third AL Most Valuable Player award unless Seattle Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh hits his 64-home run projection.
In 1,058 career games, Judge has 1,123 hits, 339 home runs and 774 RBI. His career slash line is an incredible .295/.411/.615.
He is a future Hall of Famer, and it will be fun to watch what his career numbers look like when he eventually hangs up the cleats.
