The Los Angeles Dodgers are set to finish May with the top record in the National League West. The San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants aren't far behind, but the reigning World Series champions have continued to ply at a high rate to begin this season.

To make things even more impressive, the Dodgers have a ton of players injured, with a lot of those coming from the pitching staff and bullpen.

In fact, the Dodgers have $106 million worth of salary on the injured list as of right now. Here is the list and each player's salary this year, courtesy of Spotrac.

  • Tyler Glasnow: $32.5 million
  • Blake Snell: $28.4 million
  • Kirby Yates: $13 million
  • Blake Treinen: $8.5 million
  • Evan Phillips: $6.1 million
  • Michael Kopech: $5.2 million
  • Brusdar Graterol: $2.8 million
  • Michael Grove: $790,000
  • Emmet Sheehan: $780,000
  • Gavin Stone: $780,000
  • Kyle Hart: $770,000
  • River Ryan: $770,000
  • Edgardo Henriquez: $762,000
  • Roki Sasaki: $760,000

Snell signed a five-year deal worth $182 million this offseason, yet he pitched in just two games before suffering an injury. The Dodgers also signed Sasaki, who came over from Japan, but he has a 4.72 ERA in eight games in a bit of a disappointing start to his MLB career.

Yet, somehow, the Dodgers are on top of the NL West, and they just got Clayton Kershaw back after being out since August due to an injury.

According to Spotrac, the Dodgers 2025 payroll is at $336 million, which means nearly one third of that is on the IL as we speak, which is an unreal thing to think about.
