Dodgers continue to frustrate all of MLB with major Kyle Tucker signing image

The Los Angeles Dodgers have been frustrating fans of opposing Major League teams for years now, with their back-to-back World Series titles and the free-agent signings of the best players over the last few years.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Roki Sasaki, and so many others have come to the Dodgers in recent years, frustrating opposing fanbases to no end. And yet, it's getting even worse for those fans.

According to Jeff Passan of ESPN, the Dodgers are pulling off a stunner, as they're set to sign Kyle Tucker, the best player in free agency, to a short-term deal to join the Dodgers in 2026 to form even more of a super team.

Dodgers land Kyle Tucker in move that will frustrate all of MLB

"BREAKING: Star outfielder Kyle Tucker and the Los Angeles Dodgers are in agreement on a free agent contract, sources tell ESPN," Passan reported.

This is a major move for the Dodgers, as not only are they landing one of the best players available this winter, but they are also making sure their top competition doesn't bring in the superstar outfielder.

The Toronto Blue Jays and New York Mets were considered two of the more likely landing spots for Tucker, and yet, the Dodgers swooped in and stole Tucker.

Despite a $50 million AAV from the Mets and the Blue Jays willing to go for a potentially 10-year deal, the former Chicago Cubs and Houston Astros outfielder is joining the Dodgers.

This signing from the Dodgers is sure to frustrate fans of every other team around baseball. Shohei Ohtani, Yamamoto, Blake Snell, Sasaki, Edwin Diaz, and now Tucker have all come to the Dodgers on free-agent deals in recent years.

It's an absurd track record for the Dodgers, and is only something the Dodgers, with their willing owner and massive surplus of money, could pull off.

Whether it's the entire NL West or the National League in its entirety, and especially for the New York Yankees and Blue Jays, seeing the Dodgers continue to land these top players is incredibly frustrating.

In what seemed like an offseason where the Dodgers weren't spending big, they've somehow managed to land the best reliever and now the best outfielder.

For any fan of a team not named the Dodgers, this is about the worst possible news that could've happened. The Dodgers are going to be World Series favorites once again, and if there was talk of superteams before, this current roster is even more stunning.
