The Los Angeles Dodgers don't seem likely to slow down anytime soon, but they could have a slightly different roster in 2026 after back-to-back World Series championships.
In total, the Dodgers are due to have seven free agents.
MLB released a list of all the veterans who are going into the free agent pool on Sunday, since the season officially ended Saturday night with the Dodgers' Game 7 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. A couple of key Dodgers will head to the open market, at least conceptually.
This is the list:
- Michael Conforto
- Andrew Heaney
- Enrique Hernandez
- Clayton Kershaw
- Michael Kopech
- Miguel Rojas
- Kirby Yates

OK, easy one first. Kershaw is retiring, so he'll be gone, but not on another team.
Rojas is a tricky one. He was just the Game 7 hero, but he's also getting up there in age and is a glove-first backup at this point. If his price is cheap, it'd make sense for the Dodgers to bring him back.
Hernandez is tough, too. He's versatile defensively and hits great in the postseason, but he hasn't been a good hitter in the regular season in years. He, too, could depend on cost.

Conforto was a disappointment and will probably be let go. Heaney, Kopech and Yates fall a bit into that category, too.
The Dodgers could choose to hit free agency and pay someone else big money, too. That's what they do.
