Welcome back, Jose Ramirez.
The Cleveland Guardians got a scare over the weekend when Ramirez jammed his right wrist awkwardly into the ground while sliding into second base.
But a few days later, Ramirez was penciled back into the lineup.
And in his first at bat back, Ramirez announced his return with a bang.
Batting from the right side against a Padres southpaw, Ramirez turned on a first-inning offering and launched it out to left field for a home run.

That had to feel good on a number of levels for Ramirez, the Guardians and the Cleveland fanbase.
