Last season, the Baltimore Orioles were ranked in the middle of the pack when it came to their farm system. Many of their prized possessions have already been called up, but that does not mean there are not elite players waiting to make a name for themselves in the minors.
Their top prospect, Samuel Basallo, is expected to make a huge impact in 2026. He and Baltimore agreed to an eight-year, $67 million extension last season.
However, he is not the only prospect to be excited about. Enrique Bradfield Jr. Is also a name that fans will want to get familiar with before the 2026 season starts.

Orioles fans urged to keep an eye on their No. 13 prospect in 2026
While those prospects are expected to play big roles for the big league club in 2026, some others are still developing, waiting for their chance. One of these prospects is Joseph Dziewra, the club's No. 13 prospect.
He is a left-handed pitcher and is someone that Bleacher Report's Joel Reuter believes will make a huge jump up the prospect list.
"Dzierwa spent three seasons in the Michigan State rotation, capped off by a terrific junior campaign where he finished 8-3 with a 2.36 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, and 104 strikeouts in 91.2 innings to capture the Big Ten Pitcher of the Year honors. The Orioles took him in the second round, and while his profile is more floor than ceiling from a scouting standpoint, he is the type of polished college arm who could dominate in his pro debut."
Baltimore just selected Dziewra in this past year's draft. He was electric at Michigan State, and they are hoping that will continue into Baltimore.
He became the No. 1 starter for the Spartana as a freshman and has solid command of all of his pitches. His big frame works well for him, and he pairs that with a three-quarters arm slot that has been tough for opposing batters to pick up on.
