Braves' Spencer Strider gets incredible news on injury return image

Spencer Strider looks ready.

The Atlanta Braves ace had Tommy John surgery in April 2024, keeping him from pitching in the big leagues since then.

But on Thursday, Strider made as emphatic a point yet as to whether he's ready to come back to MLB.

Strider made a rehab start for the Triple-A Gwinnett Stripers, and he was dominant en route to 13 strikeouts.

This was reported to be Strider's last rehab start, and this shouldn't leave any doubt as to whether he can come back up to the show.

Remarkably, Strider only faced 21 batters, and he punched out 13 of them.

In 2023, Strider was 20-5 with a 3.86 ERA and a league-high 281 strikeouts.

The strikeout pitch is clearly back, and Strider will be back to the bigs any day now.
