Very few players in MLB history have ever hit triples like Corbin Carroll.
It's even more remarkable given that this is an era filled with home runs and strikeouts, with sluggers and not speedsters.
Carroll does it all, though, and he hit two more triples on Tuesday night to push his league-leading season total to 16.
It was also his fourth multi-triple game of the season, a remarkable amount.
Carroll is the fifth player in MLB history with four multi-triple games, according to MLB Network's Sarah Langs.

The other five are four old-timers - 1911 Larry Doyle, 1912 Owen Wilson, 1931 Bill Terry and 1940 Barney McCosky - and more recent standout Carl Crawford, who did it in 2004 with the Devil Rays.

There has never been a season with five multi-triple games, so Carroll has a chance to set a record if he can do this once more.
And if you thought Carroll had done enough running on Tuesday night, think again. He also stole a base, making him 17-for-21 swiping bags on the season.
Carroll also has 22 doubles and 27 home runs.

He has a .559 slugging percentage thanks to all the extra bases and an .888 OPS, which would be a career-high.
The 16 triples already set a career best for Carroll, and there's still time to add on.
There's definitely no one in modern baseball quite like Carroll, and Diamondbacks fans better not take that for granted.
