Zurich Classic 2019: Tee times for Round 3, TV schedule, live stream image

The Zurich Classic is next on the 2019 PGA Tour calendar and brings a different format from the traditional tournament.

Golfers will play in teams of two over the course of the four rounds, meaning there will be a pair of winners. The first and third rounds consist of best ball and the second and fourth are played using alternate shot. Thirty-five teams, plus ties, make the cut.

The top players from the PGA Tour priority rankings who choose to participate get a spot in the tournament. They then select a partner, who either has to have PGA Tour status or a sponsor exemption. The tournament will be played at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, Louisiana, which is outside New Orleans and has been the event's location every year since 2005.

C.T. Pan, who won the RBC Heritage last week for his first career PGA Tour victory, will be playing with Michael Kim, while Zurich Classic defending champs Billy Horschel and Scott Piercy will try for a victory for the second consecutive year.

Who is in the Zurich Classic field?

The tournament doesn't draw as many big names as many other events, but there are still several accomplished professionals playing, including Adam Scott and Tommy Fleetwood. They will be on a team with Jason Day and Sergio Garcia, respectively. A team of Patricks — Reed and Cantlay — are also a formidable duo. Two-time U.S. Open winner Brooks Koepka will compete with his brother, Chase.
