It's a huge time of the year in fantasy football.
Some leagues have begun their playoffs in Week 15, while others have their final week of the regular season as teams jockey for spots in the postseason. That raises the stakes on every start-sit lineup decision.
This week, that includes Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard.
Pollard is coming off his by-far best game of the year: 25 carries for 161 yards and two touchdowns.

One of those runs was a 65-yard touchdown, so he got a lot of his production on one play, although he also saw solid volume.
This week, the Titans take on the San Francisco 49ers. Pollard is fully healthy, which is a plus, but there's still a decision to be made.

Should I start Tony Pollard in fantasy?
Yes, it's safe to start Pollard this week.
Just don't expect him to replicate last week, and he's not an automatic start.
AllSportsPeople ranks Pollard as the No. 28 RB for PPR formats this week.
Pollard has only surpassed 70 yards rushing one other time the entire season. If he doesn't get a touchdown Sunday, there's a chance he doesn't score a ton of points.
The Titans' commitment to the ground game last week was encouraging, though, and just enough to push Pollard into the ranks of FLEX consideration.
