Today's Daily Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Best starting pitchers, streamers for Friday, June 28 image

It's another loaded Friday for MLB DFS contests, as shown by our daily SP rankings. There are several studs at the top -- including one who's considerably cheaper than usual -- and a bunch of sleepers in the mid-tier, so you have plenty of options for your pitcher on FanDuel and pitchers on DraftKings.

Perhaps the biggest boom-or-bust option is Hyun-Jin Ryu (@ Rockies), who sports a 1.27 ERA but is in the worst pitchers park in the majors. Mike Soroka (@ Mets) and Mike Clevinger (@ Orioles) have both been dealing with injuries lately, but they both have a ton of upside and can save you money off the very top SPs.

As far as values, Anibal Sanchez (@ Tigers)John Means (vs. Indians), and Eric Lauer (vs. Cardinals) are too cheap on DraftKings, while Yonny Chirinos (vs. Rangers) is great value on FanDuel. Danny Duffy (@ Blue Jays) and Vince Velasquez (@ Marlins) both have great matchups and are cheap on both sites.

wRC+ is defined by Fangraphs as "[measuring] how a player’s wRC compares with league average after controlling for park effects. League average for position players is 100, and every point above 100 is a percentage point above league average. For example, a 125 wRC+ means a player created 25% more runs than a league average hitter would have in the same number of plate appearances. Similarly, every point below 100 is a percentage point below league average, so a 80 wRC+ means a player created 20% fewer runs than league average." For more on the stat, click here.
