Best NFL Survivor Week 4 Pick: Target struggling Saints again for knockout pools image

Survivor pools are a fun way to stay invested in the NFL without a ton of maintenance.

The purpose is to select a team to win each week. If they win, congratulations, you are safe. However, if your team loses its game, you are most likely eliminated or have a disadvantage the rest of the season.

The real challenge of these contests lies in the fact that once you pick a team, you may not select them again for the rest of the season. This adds a new layer of thought, because saving good teams can be a good strategy.

Here is more on our picks for Survivor pools in Week 4 of the 2025 NFL Season.

Best NFL Survivor Pick Week 4

Buffalo Bills vs. New Orleans Saints

Choosing great teams early is sometimes frowned upon in something like a survivor pool. However, the Bills do not have another game for the rest of the year that is more of a locked-in win than this one.

The 3-0 Bills will host the 0-3 'Aints at Highmark Stadium. Spencer Rattler comes into Week 4 with a 0-9 record as a starting NFL quarterback.

In Week 3, the Saints looked overwhelmed against the Seattle Seahawks (who we picked last week); they simply stand no chance against Buffalo, so we'll pick on them again.

Week 4 Survivor Sleeper Teams

If you've already used the Bills in our 2025 knockout pools, consider these squads:

Los Angeles Rams vs. Indianapolis Colts

The Los Angeles Rams went head-to-head with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. 'Should've won' doesn't count for much, but the Rams should have beaten the Eagles.

Then you look at the Colts, and nothing has gone wrong. Their best win is undoubtedly against the Denver Broncos, where they got a redo on the game-winning FG.

But beating the Dolphins and Titans is not an amazing accomplishment.

This is where the Colts' undefeated season comes to a close. The Rams' defense is much improved and can cause plenty of disruptions for Daniel Jones.

If you feel like you already need to go against the grain, this is a bold but possibly huge way to do so.

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans

The battle of the winless AFC South teams should provide an entertaining game, to say the least.

The Titans' offense has struggled tremendously as rookie QB Cam Ward finds his footing. Whereas the Texans' offensive line continues to hinder them.

There is certainly a case that the Titans could win this gam; their defense has played tough over the first 3 weeks. However, the Texans have more experience at the QB position in C.J. Stroud.

If the Texans lose this game, there's no doubt the seat will heat up for head coach DeMeco Ryans.

Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys

The Packers should win this game. They have the better team, but they also had the better team last week against Cleveland.

This game is going to be weird, though. The Cowboys' secondary is the worst in the league, so the Packers should be able to take advantage of that, but it's best to avoid this matchup as a whole.

Los Angeles Chargers vs. New York Giants

This game should obviously be won by the Chargers. After all, Jaxson Dart is set to start his first NFL game.

It's more so the uncertainty behind Dart; we don't know how good he could be. Could he come out and have an outstanding day? Maybe not. But that MetLife crowd is going to be rocking for him.

The Chargers have safer games later on in the season, including the Miami Dolphins (Week 6) and Tennessee Titans (Week 9).
