The tight end position continues to frustrate fantasy football managers who crave consistency.
Talented volume hogs too often fade after big weeks, and recommended streamer pickups have struggled to sustain roles even with a cleared path.
Once again, we dive into the muck, which actually has some nice options at the top of the list, as well as matchup-savvy bye-week filler plays. (We're delusional, but we plow forward.)

Fantasy TEs on Week 7 Bye
- Dalton Kincaid, Bills
- Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, Ravens
Who are the best Week 7 fantasy tight ends?
Two of the top names at the position square off, with Trey McBride's Arizona Cardinals meeting Tucker Kraft's Green Bay Packers. Each grabber occupies a spot in the top three overall at the position, as both rank top-10 in fantasy points allowed per game to tight ends.
Tyler Warren, Dallas Goedert, Sam LaPorta, and
Travis Kelce remains a solid PPR play but sees a lower weekly ceiling with the return of WR Rashee Rice from suspension.
The San Francisco 49ers said George Kittle (hamstring) has an outside chance to return this week. He would immediately bump up to must-play territory against the Atlanta Falcons.

Which fantasy TE sleepers should I stream for Week 7?
Chargers rookie Oronde Gadsden ranked fifth among all tight ends, as of Sunday, with 8 targets in Week 6, along with 7 catches and 68 yards -- all high marks in his short career. Bolts QB Justin Herbert looked his way more often with Quentin Johnston (hamstring) inactive and would do so if QJ sits again, though this remains a crowded targets picture that makes week-to-week Gadsden consistency a risky proposition.
Luckily, the Colts have allowed at least 40 yards to the position in each of their past four games.
With another favorable matchup against the Dolphins, the Browns' tight end duo of Harold Fannin Jr. And David Njoku deserve lineup spots.
